Service Terms

Service is delivered to a fixed standard every visit. Execution remains subject to scope and site conditions at time of service.
All final determinations regarding safety, access, scope, and execution are made at ClearLine’s sole discretion.

Eligibility For Maintenance

Property must meet all eligibility requirements listed in initial service terms (under 32 ft height, safe access, etc.).

Clear and safe access required for each scheduled visit.

Final service scope confirmed upon each arrival.

Conditions that do not meet eligibility requirements may require corrective service before maintenance can proceed.

Access obstructions or unsafe conditions at time of arrival may result in the visit being recorded as completed.

Visit Schedule & Rescheduling

Service may be paused or rescheduled where weather or site conditions prevent safe completion at time of arrival; no refunds for safety-related schedule adjustments.

Client responsible for providing safe access for each scheduled visit.

7–14 days notice provided before each scheduled visit.

One reschedule permitted per visit with minimum 48 hours notice.

Reschedule or cancellation requests under 48 hours count as a completed visit; no make-up, no refund, no credit.

If access is refused or the site is deemed unsafe, the visit counts as completed.

Debris Handling and Off-Site Transport

Yard-waste bag removal is not included in baseline obstruction removal and flow validation services.

Off-site transport is available upon request where route-compatible disposal is scheduled.

Standard removal rate is $30 per bag (2-bag minimum).

Loads of 9 or more bags include an additional $50 bulk handling charge.

Where no disposal trip is scheduled that day, a dedicated disposal trip minimum of $150 applies.

Loose debris is staged on site unless off-site transport is requested.

Not Covered Under Maintenance

Maintenance covers routine debris removal and flow verification only; corrective repairs, modifications, or system upgrades are not included.

Severe blockages, downspout disassembly, and non-standard clearing requirements are addressed as additional service where required.

Interior drainage issues, underground piping, and concealed system components are outside the scope of maintenance services.

Gutter guard removal, adjustment, or cleaning is not included unless specified.

Pre-existing damage, improper installation, or structural deficiencies are not covered under maintenance services.

Liability Waiver

While professional care is exercised, ClearLine is not liable for pre-existing gutter damage, roof leaks, landscaping issues, or property damage resulting from hidden defects or unsafe access conditions.

Client assumes all risk related to property condition and access safety at time of service.

ClearLine is not responsible for damage resulting from structural failure, improper installation, or material deterioration during normal service execution.

Flow verification and water testing may expose pre-existing leaks or system weaknesses; ClearLine is not liable for resulting water intrusion.

ClearLine is not responsible for conditions within underground or concealed drainage systems beyond visible and accessible components.

Service timing, sequence, and method of execution are determined by ClearLine based on site conditions at time of service.

Photos and documentation reflect visible conditions at time of service only and do not constitute a warranty of system condition.

Photo Documentation and Verification Record

ClearLine may photograph areas of the property before, during, and after service to document site conditions, access conditions, and service completion. Images form part of the service record and may be relied upon to confirm visible conditions at time of service.

Documentation reflects visible and accessible areas only and does not represent a warranty or guarantee of system condition or future performance.

Flow verification is limited to observable water movement through accessible gutters and downspouts under conditions present at time of service.

Conditions that are concealed, obstructed, underground, or not safely accessible are not included in documentation or verification records.

Verification and documentation do not include continuous monitoring; conditions may change after service due to weather, debris accumulation, or external factors.

Non-identifying images may be used for documentation and service illustration. Images containing identifiable details will not be used for promotional purposes without consent.

Clients may request exclusion from promotional image use prior to service.

Photo records are retained as part of the service file and may be referenced in the event of condition or service-related inquiries.
